With the background of the founders in Investment Banking & Technology, the primary reason for setting up the Holding company is to raise capital into the holding company and purchase and or transfer his current equity positions in his operating companies. The operating companies are all software or technology companies in emerging markets focused on selling software and SaaS solutions to global clients.

Simpaisa Holdings and its operating entities have outsourced, planned and deployed software development projects for managing and delivering complex software SaaS platforms and enterprises for large scale global tech and financial companies. Our clients include Nasdaq and FTSE listed companies in the technology and Finance Sectors.
